The thermal fleece lining is incredibly soft against the skin and just stretchy enough to have fewer panels for improved comfort and fit. PI Dry is a water-shedding technology designed to keep the light rain and occasional splash from soaking in. For increased versatility, layer the tights over a favorite cycling short as these do not include a chamois.
